By accessing the website, registering for a program, making a purchase, using the learning platform, joining a community, attending a webinar, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
2. Services The Company provides online educational services focused on practical use of artificial intelligence tools, digital skills, automation, content creation, applied project-based learning, and related digital competencies. The Services may include recorded lessons, text materials, templates, practical assignments, webinars, feedback, community access, support, and other components included in the selected package.
The Services are educational and informational. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, employment, or professional advisory services.
3. Products and packages The available packages may include Neuroengineer Standard, Neuroengineer Premium, and Neuroengineer Nastavnik. The exact content, price, access period, support period, and available bonuses are stated on the relevant sales page, checkout page, invoice, or offer applicable at the time of purchase.
Access to course materials is provided for the period stated in the selected package. If a package refers to extended or indefinite access, such access means access for as long as the course platform and relevant materials are maintained by the Company, unless a specific access period is expressly stated on the checkout page or in the selected package.
4. Eligibility The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By purchasing or using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
5. Account, platform access, and security Access to learning materials may be provided through GetCourse or another platform used by the Company. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Access is personal and may not be transferred, shared, resold, assigned, sublicensed, or made available to third parties without the Company’s prior written consent.

Payment may be processed through Stripe or other third-party payment providers. The Company does not store full payment card details. Installment payment options may be offered through Stripe or other third-party payment providers where available. Availability of installments is not guaranteed and may depend on the payment provider, country, card issuer, eligibility checks, and other factors outside the Company’s control.
If you choose an installment option, you remain responsible for all payment obligations according to the terms presented by the payment provider. Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.
7. Refunds and CancellationsRefunds, cancellations, and access termination are governed by the Company’s Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
By purchasing the Services, you acknowledge and agree that online educational services may include immediate access to digital materials, course platform access, private community or chat access, webinars, feedback, homework review, participant support, consultations, and other components, depending on the selected package.
Where permitted by applicable law, the refund amount, if any, may be reduced by the value of Services already provided and non-refundable costs already incurred by the Company, including but not limited to access to course materials already granted, live sessions or consultations already held, homework review or feedback already provided, third-party software or platform costs, payment processing fees, bank fees, and installment-related costs.
If a refund is approved, access to the relevant course materials, platform, communities, chats, webinars, support, consultations, and other components may be terminated within one business day after the Company sends its refund decision.
Please review the Refund Policy before making a purchase:
[Refund Policy]8. No guarantees of income, employment, clients, or results The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. The Company does not guarantee any specific financial result, income, employment, client acquisition, business outcome, career outcome, professional success, or other result. Any examples, case studies, testimonials, references to possible opportunities, or descriptions of how skills may be applied are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise, guarantee, or representation of future results.
Where included in the Neuroengineer Nastavnik package, the Company may provide feedback, guidance, and practical recommendations in relation to projects, assignments, or client tasks independently found or selected by the Participant. The Company does not guarantee that the Participant will obtain clients, orders, projects, employment, income, or any other specific result.
9. Participant responsibilities You are responsible for your own learning process, participation, use of the materials, completion of assignments, compliance with applicable laws, and independent decisions regarding any use of acquired skills. You must not use the Services or materials for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or infringing activities.
10. Intellectual property All course materials, videos, texts, templates, presentations, recordings, designs, software-related materials, examples, and other content made available through the Services are owned by the Company, its licensors, authors, contractors, or other rights holders. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials solely for your own learning purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, share, upload, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the materials without prior written permission from the Company, except where expressly permitted by law.
11. Communities and communication channels The Services may include access to chats, communities, messenger groups, webinars, calls, or other communication channels. You agree to communicate respectfully, not to post unlawful or harmful content, not to spam, not to disclose other participants’ personal information, and not to share confidential or proprietary materials outside the relevant community.
The Company may moderate communities, remove content, restrict access, or exclude a participant from communication channels if the participant violates these Terms, applicable rules, or the rights of others.
12. Certificates A certificate of completion may be issued under the PraktikiPro brand, where included in the selected package and subject to the participant meeting the applicable completion requirements. Such certificate is provided for informational and confirmation purposes only and does not constitute a state-recognized diploma, academic degree, professional license, formal qualification, or guarantee of employment unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
13. Third-party services and tools The Services may rely on third-party platforms and tools, including payment processors, learning platforms, analytics tools, email providers, messengers, webinar tools, hosting providers, and AI-related tools. 14. Suspension and termination The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms, fail to make required payments, share access with third parties, violate intellectual property rights, abuse support or community channels, or use the Services unlawfully or harmfully. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by the Refund Policy or applicable law.
15. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages; loss of profits; loss of income; loss of business opportunities; loss of data; reputational harm; or decisions made by the Participant based on the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.
16. Changes to the Services and Terms The Company may update the Services, materials, platform, schedule, instructors, formats, or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing law and disputes These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
